This week we shipped more major new capabilities across the platform. Here's what's new.
Overhauled Charger Authentication
We've completely rebuilt the charger authentication experience from the ground up. Everything you need to manage authentication, methods, drivers, chargers, and policies, now lives on a single page in a unified view.

No more jumping between tabs or hunting for IDs. Auth method identifiers are now one click to copy, and you can see at a glance which drivers and chargers are using which authentication methods. Whether you're managing a handful of chargers or hundreds, the new layout keeps everything visible and accessible without the clutter.

This is the kind of change that saves operators minutes every session and eliminates the friction that adds up over weeks and months of daily management.
AI-Powered Policy Generation
Setting up authentication policies used to mean navigating dropdowns, configuring rules manually, and hoping the logic matched what you actually intended. Now you can just say what you want.

With natural language auth policy generation, you describe your policy in plain English and the platform builds it for you. For example: "I want VIP members and people charging through RFID to have free charging between 9 and 5." That's it. The system interprets your intent, maps it to the correct auth methods and scheduling rules, and generates the policy automatically.

This dramatically lowers the barrier for operators who need complex policies but don't want to spend time wiring them together manually. It also reduces configuration errors — what you write is what you get.
