You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Voltra is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account information.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, content, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Voltra. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for their intended purpose, in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Voltra name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services. Voltra does not control or endorse these third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Voltra makes no guarantee that the Services will be reliable, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltra disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltra and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Voltra’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltra, its affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the State of California, United States, depending on the jurisdiction most applicable to the Services you are using or the location from which you access them. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario or California, as applicable.
